When the doctors of any specialty respond for placements, Arcot would advise the doctors to mail the followings:-

• Scan photo
• Detailed Resume-a
• Spouse details
• Expected salary
• References of doctors with mail id, contact number
• When you can relocate to AP.
• Current salary.
• what type of set up you require.
• whether districts or city

Upon receiving the above
1. Arcot would arrange to mail the Resume-a of doctors to hospital management interested for the particular profile (Arcot at any cost would not reveal the following to hospital management Name, cell number, email id, address, photo, references of doctors, present employer of candidate ).

2. If the hospital managment is interested with the profile they will revert back and will be interested to talk to doctors, in this context Arcot would request the doctor to call us on +91- 8008126668 and we will arrange conference call to the hospital management to clarify all doubts, upon satisfactory talks the candidate can plan his visit to the hospital, meet the concern doctor discuss all the terms and conditions, only upon satisfactory talks the doctor can decide to join the hospital. Arcot in any way will not interfere with the decision of the doctor or the hospital management.

• Hospital managements of allopathy who are qualified in allopathy will alone be eligible for 50% of salary,if a doctor is appointed,how ever para medical will be charged full-salary. Non – Medical Management,and non-allopathic management doctors will be charged full one month Salary for placement.
• Agreement part – mutually both candidate and the hospital management should discuss and come to understanding, Arcot will not be responsible.
• 50% of the salary offered to candidate should be paid to ARCOT by hospital management on the day of appointment.
• Post Appointment Arcot is not responsible. How ever, in case of our requirement you can always revert back us.
• Arcot incur expenses for placement process,Arcot charge 10,000 as registration fees from hospital management,whether it is corporate,super-speciality registration amount is must, with out which arcot cant start the proces .
• Before placement process, Arcot doesnt enter into aggrement with either doctors/hospital management because Arcot trust the medical fraternity.
• Arcot will not interfere in decision to join the hospital with either Doctors / managements, how ever Arcot will guide them.
• Arcot believes in sincerity, transparency, trust and hence we are in true service of medical fraternity.
