ARCOT RAMESH Managing Partner has vast experience of two decades as Senior Manager for various noted pharmaceuticals companies and covered south india that helped him to find out the dearth of medical professionals in the hospitals/ nursing homes. Lack of intellectual leadership in the field is coming in its way of development. His  exposure to the environs of the vast south india habitations/ territory and his insight and expertise made things easier to open up Arcot and make a significant contribution to medical field.

Doctors who are fresher/experienced are refered to Arcot by dean/principal/professors and various other responsible doctors,because Arcot keeps up the transperency,sincerity in serving the medical fraternity, all those doctors who were refered was shown good placement and they are well settled.I sincerily believe that the people will shower their blessings for refering doctors.

Arcot entered 9th year in the service of medical fraternity,since 8yrs Arcot has mobilized huge data base of doctors from all over india,.Hospital management has to register with us by paying rs10,000 which is ones in life time and give us the hospital requirement,on subsequent appointment,hospital management has to pay Arcot 50% of the salary, wereas Non medical management has to pay one month salary.
